Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks. This time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. Please note that custom or high-volume orders may require additional time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
If you need to update your address, you can only do so if your order has not yet shipped.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No refunds or reshipments will be issued in these cases.
Shipping Delays
Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or USPS service interruptions. These delays are beyond our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once the package has been handed over to USPS, we are not responsible for any loss or delay in delivery.
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries.
Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs taxes, duties, or import fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or international carriers.
